Position Overview:
The Compliance Auditor will be responsible for ensuring adherence to various laws, regulations, and internal policies relevant to the healthcare sector. This role involves conducting independent audits across specific areas/functions to evaluate compliance with Baptist Health's Code of Ethics.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee compliance efforts across all Baptist Health entities.
2. Conduct audits to assess adherence to healthcare regulations and internal policies.
3. Analyze clinical documentation and medical record coding to identify trends and discrepancies.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a large healthcare organization.
- In-depth knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and computer skills, with the ability to work autonomously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction with all management levels. Previous experience in healthcare auditing is preferred, and certification in a relevant area or eligibility for certification is required.

Experience Requirement:
Minimum of 3 years in a related field.
