  • Prepare outgoing mail and packages for dispatch

  • Operate various equipment and systems, including fax machines, scanners, and photocopiers

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as solving paper jams and replacing toner cartridges

    ">
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues

    ">

Requirements:

  • High school Diploma or equivalent

  • 0-1 year experience working in a mailroom or professional office environment

  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and software
