Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to perform various administrative tasks, including:

  • Opening, sorting, and reviewing incoming mail and distributing it to appropriate staff members;
  • Performing photocopying, printing, faxing, and basic filing and maintaining of documents and files;
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and in person;
  • Scanning and indexing documents;
