Job Title: Communications Specialist

At HMSA, we are seeking a highly skilled Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans and multiplatform campaigns to engage our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing plans and campaigns, and contribute to the development and implementation of marketing best practices and guidelines.
  • Content Development: Oversee the planning and implementation of marketing plans and projects, and create engaging marketing communications, such as digital content, video, email, social media, and presentations.
  • Feedback and Measurement: Develop feedback mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and campaigns, and measure the effectiveness of messaging and marketing vehicles to adjust content and tactics accordingly.
  • Staying Updated on Trends: Connect with peers inside and outside HMSA to ensure we are leveraging marketing best practices.
