Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team at Hand & Stone - Fairfax. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage therapy services to our clients, promoting a culture of wellness and relaxation in our spa environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.
  • Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
  • Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Requirements

  • Active VA Massage Therapist License.
  • Carry Massage Therapy Liability insurance.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
  • Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
  • Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members.
  • Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
