Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Health and Wellness Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting and educating guests in achieving their wellness goals with exceptional guest service, marketing through social media and attending community events.

Responsibilities
  • Assist and educate guests in achieving their wellness goals
  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a positive experience for all guests
  • Market our services through social media and attend community events
  • Continuously educate yourself on our products and services
  • Work as a team with other employees to maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Meet or exceed minimum productivity requirements set by the company
Requirements
  • Ability to work a minimum of 12-30 hours a week with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to comprehend and pass a number of iCRYO designed service exams following initial training
  • Maintain good time management skills, good judgement, and ability to multi-task
  • Display exceptional guest experience skills, handle and resolve guest issues to maintain guest loyalty
  • Understand the needs of the guest, ability to educate guests on services needed in a competent, efficient, and professional manner
  • Meet or exceed minimum productivity requirements set by the company
  • Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Maintain an environment of trust, communicate efficiently with managers and peers
  • Must be able to complete ongoing and continued education
  • Maintain a clean environment, uphold company standards
  • Retail Sales Experience preferred but not required
