About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SharePoint Administrator and Developer to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. This is a full-time, on-site contract position with a minimum duration of 12 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SharePoint sites, as well as providing expert-level support to end-users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom SharePoint sites, pages, and workflows using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) and PowerApps.
  • Provide access management and ensure seamless user experience by maintaining accurate permissions and group memberships.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for new site enhancements or updates.
  • Convert legacy forms and workflows into Power Platform solutions to streamline business processes.
  • Develop and implement PowerApps forms for efficient data entry and improve overall productivity.
  • Implement and maintain best practices for operational support, enhancements, bug fixes, and performance tuning.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SharePoint Administration and Development.
  • Expert-level knowledge of SharePoint Administrator and Developer certifications.
  • Strong understanding of agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.
  • Adept at working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary and Benefits
