At MSSL Wiring System, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating customer service activities for specified customers within a given market segment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, or demonstrated equivalent work experience. Strong interpersonal communication skills, experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word, and a reasonable understanding of QS-9000 and APQP are essential for this role.

The primary responsibilities of this position include maintaining direct customer account responsibilities, developing prices for products based on material, labor, and tooling considerations, and providing direction to various departments to satisfy customer requirements. Additionally, the successful candidate will gather necessary information from customers to process RFQs correctly and participate in financial analysis initiatives as directed by the Account Manager.

As a Senior Customer Service Coordinator, you will work in a team environment, coordinate account activities, and participate in oral and written departmental activities.
