Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Crime Prevention Specialist to join our team at Northwest Bank. As a key member of our Financial Crimes department, you will play a critical role in coordinating and implementing our enterprise-wide financial crime prevention efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain best practices to prevent, detect, and report potentially suspicious activity
  • Conduct investigations into suspicious transactions and identify potential money laundering or terrorist financing activities
  • Provide subject matter expertise to team members within the Financial Crimes department and other business units
  • Assist in the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with AML/CFT regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5-6 years of experience in AML/CFT-related laws and regulations
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
