Job Summary

Lipari Foods is seeking a skilled Senior Category Development Professional - Bakery Sector to lead the development and execution of strategic category plans. As a key member of our category management team, you will be responsible for gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, as well as defining the vision for a category leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute category plans that drive sales and profitability
  • Manage key vendor relationships to ensure optimal pricing, quality, and supply chain efficiency
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing and sales strategies

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Three+ years of experience in brand, product, or category management, specifically in the bakery sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year
