Role Summary:
In the role of Purchasing Coordinator at Chesmar Homes, you will assist the Purchasing Manager, Sales team, Construction Managers, and suppliers. Your duties will encompass managing inventory, maintaining purchasing documentation, and performing vendor analysis to boost profitability and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude
  • Capability to prioritize tasks and effectively delegate responsibilities
  • Preferred: 1+ year of experience in purchasing
  • Preferred: College Degree
  • Experience with BRIX system is advantageous
