Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Michaels Stores, Inc., you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be the face of our brand, providing friendly and helpful assistance to customers, and ensuring that they find what they're looking for in our store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing recommendations
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that our store looks its best at all times
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
