Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process customer service requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage call center database and monitor open calls and field technician call loads
  • Coordinate with the courier and parts department to ensure timely delivery of parts and supplies
  • Work closely with the technical teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in dispatching, order processing, or customer service
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
