This position is responsible for processing of work orders for all customers for the branch location and entry of applicable data in operating systems to ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing of the work of our field service technicians.Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)Receiving and answering calls from customers for breakdown calls or service requests. Evaluating and prioritizing for appropriate technician and time slot, utilizing GPS and other resourcesKeeping customers informed of current service call status in accordance with procedures.Review completed work orders for each division of the branch regularly throughout the day. Monitor and manage WIP (Work in Progress) by updating work order notes and utilizing appropriate status codes.
