- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 8 years of experience in HR, operations, or healthcare
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
