Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

Job Summary:

D2 Government Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role is essential in ensuring our HR practices align with the company's values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and facilitate orientation programs.
  • Support performance management processes, including employee evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs.
  • Collaborate with management to develop HR strategies that support organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • [2-5] years of experience in HR or related roles.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
