**Join Our Team:**

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Hotel Guest Services Agent to join our front desk team at Hampton Inn Memphis Walnut. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

About the Role:

  • You will be the first point of contact for our guests, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about hotel amenities and services.
  • You will be responsible for managing room reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
  • You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and engineering.
  • You will maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including room management, front desk procedures, and customer service standards.
