Hotel Quality Assurance Specialist

Charlestowne Hotels seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a college degree or equivalent experience in hotel operations and a proven track record of ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

As a Hotel Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for inspecting guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure quality standards and consistency. You will work closely with housekeepers, engineering, and front office staff to continually enhance and advance the hotel's goals and operations.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and condition meet designated hotel standards.
  • Working with housekeepers to ensure guest room status is communicated to front desk in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborating with engineering to ensure all equipment within guest rooms are functioning properly.
  • Maintaining complete knowledge of all operations department policies/service procedures.
  • Ensuring that cleanliness and condition of each area meets designated hotel standards and the appropriate inspections are carried out on a consistent basis.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience in hotel operations.
  • At least three (3) years of related experience in hotel operations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Significant attention to detail.
  • Computer skills required, including knowledge of property management systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and in writing.
