About the Role

Innophos is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at our North Salt Lake, Utah manufacturing site. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide critical support to our operations and ensure the smooth execution of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Administration: Participate in the day-to-day administration of HR policies and programs, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Data Management: Responsible for data entry activities in multiple HR systems, including new hires, employment changes, and benefits administration.
  • Support to HR Team: Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team as needed, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Responsible for reporting and tracking of HR data, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Employee Engagement: Maintain and organize job descriptions, employee files, and records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Communication: Ensure that new hire notifications and employee exits are sent to key stakeholders, facilitating a seamless onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Meetings and Events: Plan and coordinate HR meetings and other meetings as requested, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Training and Development: Assist with the facilitation of New Hire Orientation and other training programs, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for employees.
  • Performance Management: Assist in administering the Performance Review Program, Benefits Open Enrollment, and Year-End Compensation Planning Process, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation: Document HR procedures as needed, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Separation Packages: Assist with the preparation of separation packages, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
  • Payroll Liaison: Liaise with Payroll as needed, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employee benefits and compensation.
  • HR Inquiries: Serve as the point of contact for general HR inquiries from employees, providing timely and accurate responses.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Two or more years of experience in an HR role.
  • Language: Bilingual - Spanish/English strongly preferred.
