About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Sales Administrative Assistant to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to maintain professionalism in all interactions. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and download bid documents from inbound email accounts.
  2. Record new business opportunities in Salesforce and assign them to the relevant sales team.
  3. Assign company job numbers in Vista based on data from Salesforce.
  4. Process and create new lead records in Salesforce as requested by other departments.
  5. Prepare weekly sales report summaries from Salesforce.
  6. Schedule meetings and create agendas and minutes.
  7. Update and maintain customer records.
  8. Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.

Requirements: We are looking for candidates with a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years of customer service experience in a technical environment, strong logic and decision-making skills, and excellent communication abilities.
