Job Title: Administrative Office Coordinator

Overview
Allied Universal is a leading security and facility services company that provides rewarding careers to its employees. As a Receptionist at our local branch office, you will be responsible for overseeing front desk operations, including answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, and performing general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the front desk phone system, responding to caller inquiries and taking accurate messages.
  • Greet and direct visitors based on their purpose of visit.
  • Assist candidates with employment applications and other pre-employment paperwork as required.
  • Perform personnel file maintenance following corporate HR guidelines.
  • Assist with WinTeam data entry and file maintenance as directed by Human Resource staff.
  • Report guard card licenses for new hires and perform weekly audit reports as needed.
  • Ensure office supplies and maintain organization of the office.
  • May assist in maintaining uniform programs, including measuring and ordering initial uniforms.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Three to four years of prior receptionist experience or related field
  • Proven excellent customer service skills and ability to interface professionally with internal and external customers.
  • Demonstrated outstanding organizational skills to accurately maintain large volumes of paperwork.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office products, Internet, and websites.
