System One, a leader in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our clients. This is a 6-month contract position located in Minneapolis, MN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for accurately creating and revising nuclear control documents.
- Adhere to specific formatting guidelines and approved templates for these critical documents.
- Complete all mandatory training to onboard as a nuclear employee, which includes access to sensitive data and additional training on the process and standards for typing and handling nuclear control documents.
- Create new nuclear control documents using standardized templates and revise existing documents in line with predefined formats.
- Provide feedback on document processes and accept constructive feedback to improve the quality of their work.
- Ensure all documents adhere to nuclear control standards and templates.
- Follow documented processes and job aids meticulously.
- Engage in constructive discussions and feedback with colleagues to address issues in their work.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with SAP, SharePoint, Adobe, and potentially Visio.
- Expert/Advanced level in MS Word.
- Attention to detail and place keeping.
- Able to maintain high levels of accuracy with the ability to proofread.
- 2-4 years of experience.

Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is $22-24 per hour, based on industry standards and location.
