  • Entrepreneurial Initiative: A self-starter with a strong desire to build, develop, and take ownership of business outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a mindset focused on continuous improvement and the ability to drive results, often with limited information.
  • Strategic Vision: The co-founder must excel in strategic planning to identify product opportunities and make informed business decisions that promote sustainable growth.
  • Capital Acquisition: The right candidate will have extensive experience in securing external funding, particularly in a startup context. Familiarity with the fundraising process, valuation assessments, and the ability to persuade investors is essential.
  • Market Analysis: Conducting thorough market research and analyzing trends is crucial for making informed business decisions.
  • Product Innovation: In the initial phases of the company, the co-founder will play a pivotal role in product development, making both high-level and detailed decisions prior to market launch.
  • Marketing Strategy: Successfully promoting products before market entry is vital, including building anticipation and demand through various channels.
