Reporting directly to the President of National University College, the Chief Executive Officer holds the ultimate strategic and operational responsibility for the institution's staff, programs, performance metrics, budget management, financial obligations, and the execution of the college's mission and objectives. This role requires a seasoned and innovative leader dedicated to promoting fiscal and operational excellence. The CEO will provide essential leadership and operational direction to ensure compliance with institutional requirements while driving growth initiatives for the college.


The CEO will play a pivotal role in guiding the college and its stakeholders through a variety of options and developments in the forthcoming years, all while enhancing and maintaining existing services.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • A minimum of three years of experience in the education sector
  • At least five years of supervisory experience
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the educational, placement, admissions, and financial operations of the college
  • Ensure that enrollment, retention, and placement objectives are achieved
  • Develop and execute an Institutional Effectiveness Plan
  • Collaborate with the president on enrollment forecasts, processes, and logistics
  • Supervise administrative, academic, and student services to guarantee the delivery of required service levels
  • Coordinate academic processes with the Academic Director and ensure compliance with necessary documentation
  • Accountable for the growth and development of the institution, focusing on student population, quality of learning, institutional reputation, financial health, and operational outcomes
  • Recruit, train, and mentor key management personnel
  • Provide leadership and guidance that inspires and fosters a positive environment among administrative staff, faculty, and students
  • Encourage a supportive atmosphere and educational culture within the college community
  • Develop, implement, and manage the institutional budgetary framework
  • Adhere to the Academic Calendar
  • Organize and lead school meetings
  • Maintain open communication with the president regarding school status, personnel, resources, and potential challenges
  • Manage and ensure the appropriate use of the budget and petty cash allocated to the institution
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts with supervisors and the Human Resources department
  • Ensure staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities while maintaining updated personnel files
  • Request, maintain, and oversee school inventory, ensuring classrooms and labs are adequately prepared
  • Officially represent the institution both internally and externally, collaborating with local advisory boards
  • Establish and sustain a network of institutions, companies, agencies, and higher education centers to support student recruitment and institutional development
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accrediting bodies
