About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Psychologist I to join our team at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. As a key member of our pediatric care team, you will provide mental health evaluation and treatment services to children, adolescents, and families in our department or division's area of focus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide mental health evaluation and treatment services to pediatric patients and their families
  • Conduct psychological and developmental assessments as needed
  • Supervise pre- and postdoctoral psychology trainees
  • Teach and train staff members on mental health topics
  • Participate in clinical and applied research projects
Requirements
  • Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D. in School, Counseling, or Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program
  • License in psychology in California
  • BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
  • Supervised professional experience providing therapy to a pediatric psychology population
  • Previous consultation and liaison experience within a medical setting
