Pediatric Mental Health Expertise

Children's Hospital Los Angeles seeks a skilled Psychologist I, Licensed to provide mental health consultation and treatment to children, adolescents, and families in the pediatric primary care setting.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in therapy, assessment, and teaching, with a strong understanding of psychosocial aspects of medical and mental health conditions.

Responsibilities include providing brief psychological/developmental assessments, engaging in teaching duties, and participating in staff/supervisor meetings.

Preferred qualifications include bilingual competence, experience supervising trainees, and conducting psychological and developmental assessments.

Education requirements include a Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D. in School, Counseling, or Clinical Psychology, with a preference for education from an APA-accredited program.

License in psychology in California is required, along with BLS Certification.
