Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist I to join our team at the County of Los Angeles, CA. As a Clinical Psychologist I, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of psychological services to clients, including assessment, treatment, research, training, and clinical consultation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with a range of mental health issues.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address client goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to provide comprehensive care to clients.
  • Conduct research and evaluation studies to improve mental health services and outcomes.
  • Provide training and consultation to staff and community partners on mental health issues and best practices.
Requirements
  • Doctorate degree in psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • California licensure as a psychologist or eligibility for licensure.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and mental health issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
