  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Highly motivated self-starter, able to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
  • Safety and Emergency Response: Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players, with a strong understanding of emergency response procedures.
  • Professional Relationships: Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships with players, parents, and coaches.
  • Availability: Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and some evenings, for the full duration of the season (approximately 7 weeks).
  • Criminal Background Check: Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check.
