Job Summary

Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking a highly skilled Training Coordinator to join our team. As a Training Coordinator, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of IRS employees.

About the Job

The Training Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering training sessions to IRS employees. This includes developing training materials, coordinating with subject matter experts, and ensuring that training sessions are delivered in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of IRS employees
Plan, coordinate, and deliver training sessions to IRS employees
Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and other supporting materials
Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure that training sessions are accurate and up-to-date
Ensure that training sessions are delivered in a timely and effective manner
Requirements

One year of specialized experience in training and development, or a related field
Experience in developing and implementing training programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, and the selected candidate will be required to work a standard 40-hour workweek. The position may require occasional travel to training sessions or conferences.
