Hotel Operations Leader:

About the Role:
The Front Office Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the front office, including staffing, scheduling, and training of front desk associates. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain high levels of productivity while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front office operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including MICROS system data

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in front office management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work varying schedules to reflect business needs

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year.
