Salary
We offer a competitive salary range of $23,000 - $25,500 per year, or approximately $22.79 - $24.50 per hour, based on a 40-hour workweek. This amount may vary depending on location and other factors.
Job Description
The Guest Experience Expert, also known as the Hotel Ambassador, plays a critical role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable stay. They are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay. This involves being proactive, flexible, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, while maintaining confidentiality and upholding quality standards. Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel operations are also essential.
