Role Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at PL Boutique Investors, LLC. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless operations, and promoting a positive brand image.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and register guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary information is collected and processed accurately.
  • Manage room assignments, coordinate with housekeeping, and respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment, maintaining accurate records and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and communicate with guests in a clear and respectful manner.
  • Close guest accounts, process payments, and verify balances to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints and concerns, responding promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Proficient in property management systems (PMS), preferably OnQ.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
