Production Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Relationship Manager to join our team at EightPM, a leading advertising agency shaping pop culture by putting challenger brands in the spotlight.
Job Summary:The Production Relationship Manager will be responsible for identifying and negotiating product integration opportunities on TV shows and movies in various production stages, maintaining and growing existing production relationships, and overseeing the shipment and delivery of client products.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and negotiate product integration opportunities on TV shows and movies in various production stages
- Maintain and grow existing production relationships
- Understand the TV and film industry and production process comprehensively
- Oversee shipment and delivery of client products, ensuring timely logistics
- Keep meticulous notes and inventory records in our CRM and other databases
- Meet with production partners to exchange, receive, and inspect client property
- Track and record product integrations on released TV and film content
- Attend relevant industry events to stay up to date, network with production partners, and explore new integration opportunities
- Act as a resource to all team members, focusing on their success
- Partner with team members to optimize collaborative processes
- Run internal and external meetings to ensure effective collaboration and execution
- Contribute to overall team health and culture
- Handle other duties as assigned
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a PR, media, marketing, or advertising agency, with a strong focus on product placement, brand integration, or client relationship management
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Highly detail-oriented with above-average organizational skills

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation skills—verbal, written, and visual
- Able to recognize and analyze internal issues and help solutions

- Thrive in both team and independent working environments
- Tech-savvy with personal or professional experience in the following platforms: SalesForce, HubSpot, DocuSign, Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, WeChat, Canva, Photoshop, Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV+, Disney+, MAX
- Reliable transportation and residency in the greater Los Angeles area, specifically Hollywood, for commuting to the office
- Comfortable with regular in-office work—Full-time in-office work required during the first 90 days. After the initial 90 days, the role remains primarily in-office with up to 2 remote days per week, depending on business needs
