Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team at WestGroupe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction in your assigned territory.

About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Minnesota, requiring frequent travel within the assigned territory. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers and prospects, conducting presentations, and negotiating terms of sale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and prospects
  • Conduct presentations and negotiate terms of sale
  • Travel frequently within the assigned territory

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outside sales
  • Experience in the optical or fashion industry preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
