Job Title: Director, Information Technology

Plume is seeking a seasoned IT leader to drive the development and growth of our Information Technology department. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational execution of our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless support for our global business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with Plume's business objectives.
  • Lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including network architecture, cybersecurity, and data management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the IT department.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 10+ years of professional IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing IT strategies that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Experience managing global IT teams, with a strong focus on collaboration, communication, and leadership.
  • Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $210,000 - $247,000.

  • Hybrid work arrangement, with 4 days per week in our Palo Alto office.
