- Experience in sourcing aftermarket parts.
- Able to write repair orders and communicate effectively with customers and technicians.
- Minimum of 2 years in a service advisor role.
- Dependable attendance for a Monday to Friday schedule.
- Ability to remain on your feet for most of the workday.
- Occasional lifting of objects over 50 lbs.
- Maintain a brisk pace in a high-volume service environment.
