Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and offering product recommendations
  • Partner with the store management team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns
  • Support the management team with general store operations, including inventory management and stockroom organization
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Experience with an apparel premium brand retailer preferred
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
