We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lash Extension Specialist to join our team at Deka Lash IL - Deer Park/Glenview/Lake Forest. As a Lash Extension Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional lash extension services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply lash extensions using Deka Lash techniques and products
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Upsell and promote Deka Lash products and services
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to industry standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Current cosmetology or esthetician license
  • Experience with lash extension techniques and products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and products
