Community Program Coordinator Manager

J.M. Murray Center, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Community Program Coordinator Manager to oversee the coordination and scheduling of Community Services staff and ensure that services are delivered to the highest standards. As a Community Program Coordinator Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating workload and work assignments for employees, providing and documenting Community Services, and conducting required assessments and meetings.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Coordinating and maintaining workload and work assignments for employees, ensuring that program and individual needs are covered on a daily basis
• Providing and documenting Community Services to ensure individuals are served as scheduled, based on staffing and responding to schedule issues
• Conducting required assessments, meetings, etc., that are required by regulation for individuals services in any Community Service
• Attending life plan and other meetings for individuals served and following up on and completing all assigned and required documentation regarding Community Services provided to each individual
• Communicating with participants, families, and providers of individuals served on a timely and ongoing basis to ensure effective and quality service delivery
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
• An associate's degree or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably in a supervisory capacity
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Valid NYS driver's license and proof of insurance coverage

J.M. Murray Center, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $43,440 - $52,220 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
