Employment Type: Full Time & Part Time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting tasks as necessary.
  • Ensure accurate reconciliation of all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy rates, room charges, final billing, and cash drawer activities through a meticulous auditing process.
  • Perform front desk duties as needed, including managing reservations and check-ins, coordinating housekeeping, security, and service requests, addressing guest inquiries, and resolving any guest issues.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the general manager, department heads, and hotel management.
  • Guarantee a pleasant experience for every hotel guest.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in front desk operations, guest services, or as a night auditor is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Computer proficiency is essential; familiarity with reservation and accounting software is advantageous.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills are a must.
  • Availability for flexible overnight shifts is required.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary; some college education is preferred.
