About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Concord Hospitality Enterprises. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a safe and secure environment, and maintaining the overall appearance of the lobby.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process credit card transactions and other payments for the day
  • Handle phone system, transferring calls, reservations, and other tasks
  • Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability
  • Perform Check-in and Check-out procedures
  • Administer guest payment policies and identify errors from the day shifts
  • Prepare folios for morning departing guests
  • Maintain overall lobby appearance and assist with AM breakfast setup if needed
  • Be versed in all hotel emergency procedures
