  • Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare staff to resolve claims-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-4 years of experience in medical billing or a related field.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in PC software, including electronic practice management systems.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT-4, and ICD-9/10 coding.
