Sales Growth Specialist

Symmetrio is seeking a Sales Growth Specialist to drive revenue growth for our clients in the Mid-Market segment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and a strong understanding of the 1st and 3rd party debt business segments. The role will involve building a robust sales pipeline, managing prospects through a rigorous sales process, and negotiating contractual terms.
The typical base pay range for this role is USD 90,000 - $150,000 per year, plus 60% on target commissions. The role also offers a range of benefits, including health care, 401k, paid time off, and educational assistance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide education and engage in sales efforts to transition existing customers to the new SaaS solution.
- Engage with prospects and existing clients to understand their pain points and demonstrate the value of the product.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to develop sales-specific content and outreach.
- Skillfully negotiate with prospects to address objections and reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Develop enduring relationships with executives, key decision-makers, and industry influencers.
- Manage a robust pipeline to meet revenue goals and ensure a streamlined sales cycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the 1st and 3rd party debt business segments.
- Knowledge of ARM, 1st and 3rd party debt collection preferred.
- Previous experience selling Fintech solutions.
- Knowledge of values-based and ROI selling.
- Technical acumen to articulate complex technical products to prospects.
- Use of Salesforce preferred.
- Strong business acumen and persuasion and influence skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Travel up to 10 days per month.
