Job Title: Nurse Manager RN Home Infusion

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager RN Home Infusion to join our team at BILH Pharmacy. As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our home infusion services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of clinical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in home infusion nursing, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong clinical and leadership skills, with the ability to make sound decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CRNI certification.
  • MSN or APRN degree.
  • Current ACLS certification.
  • Experience leading, training, and group facilitation.
