Job Title: Nurse Manager RN Home Infusion

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Home Infusion team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring high-quality patient care, and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentoring, and develop training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and personnel to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in home infusion nursing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CRNI certification.
  • MSN or APRN degree.
  • Current ACLS certification.
  • Experience leading, training, and group facilitation.
