Position Overview:

The Office Manager at MedElite will oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment. This role involves managing administrative functions, coordinating office activities, and providing support to both staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage requests from the medical records and billing departments
  • Gather digital signatures for medical documentation
  • Manage the stocking of supplies for the office
  • Manage the relationship with vendors, such as maintenance and the building super
  • Work with HR to educate and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Create and distribute new hire and replacement badges and equipment
  • Manage seating assignments for new hires
  • Meet and greet new hires, and assist onboarding with timeclock registration and equipment
  • Assist with additional tasks for Medical Records and HR as needed
  • Manage the office budget and organize the monthly luncheon event

Requirements:

  • Previous Office Experience
  • Previous Human resources experience
  • Time management
  • Basic Accounting Skills
  • Proficiency in Google Software
  • Management Experience
