Job Overview:

The HR Change Management Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the HR PMO, Change Management, and Continuous Improvement initiatives within the organization.

This position is designed to assist in the execution of complex HR programs that involve multiple interconnected projects.

The specialist will be responsible for interpreting and implementing change management strategies developed by HR Project Management and Process Improvement teams.

This role is essential in addressing change management needs across various stakeholders, from frontline employees to senior leadership.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement change management strategies crafted by HR Project Management and Process Improvement teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable tasks and deliverables.
  • Support the execution of ad-hoc project requests, ensuring alignment with overall change management goals.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks or obstacles to successful change implementation, and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  • Assist in creating and delivering communication materials to foster change adoption and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop engaging and informative content that meets the needs of HR professionals and employees.
  • Create compelling materials and calls-to-action to enhance reader engagement.
  • Establish an editorial calendar to organize content creation efforts, ensuring a consistent publishing schedule and a variety of topics.
  • Optimize content for search engines by incorporating relevant keywords and best practices.
  • Build brand awareness and thought leadership while providing valuable insights and resources to HR professionals and stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather feedback and promote alignment with change initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates on the status of change management activities and contribute insights to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing among HR team members to identify best practices and innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in organizational change management, utilizing standard methodologies and tools.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.). Experience with visual communication tools such as Camtasia, Vyond, WellSaid, Articulate 360, and Vimeo is preferred.

Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills are required. The ability to adapt communication styles for various organizational levels is essential.

Special Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, capability to drive process improvements, effective time management, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations.


Work Environment:

This position is based onsite.
