Role Summary:

As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with creative and strategic leaders to ensure exceptional project delivery and innovative problem-solving. You will be a logistical authority, maintaining a broad perspective while attending to the finer details. Your strong communication, organizational, and project management abilities will empower the team to excel in their endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the creative workflow from concept to completion for various projects.
- Types of deliverables may include digital content, marketing materials, video production, and editorial content.
- Consolidate and organize all pertinent information, serving as the primary contact for your projects.
- Shape project scopes, develop vetted approaches, and oversee the efficient progression of creative work from briefing to production.
- Foster a supportive environment, ensuring the team's success while maintaining high standards.

Essential Duties:
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to achieve results in a dynamic, innovative setting.
- Guide projects towards optimal outcomes, aligning with team and business priorities.
- Participate in and contribute to the evolution of processes within the marketing organization.
- Take ownership of large-scale projects while developing program management expertise.
- Create and manage detailed project schedules and status reports, leading regular meetings to discuss progress.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and briefing documents in collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or campaign production.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience working with creative teams, including designers and writers.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving the best outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on efficiency and creative problem-solving.
- Familiarity with project management tools is advantageous.
