Store Manager - Aveda

Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and visionary Store Manager to guide, mentor, and elevate our team of Sales Associates in achieving sales, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Ideal candidates will possess demonstrated leadership, coaching, and business management expertise acquired in a dynamic retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:
This role presents a unique opportunity to take charge of your own store. You will be fully responsible for devising and implementing a flexible business strategy aimed at attracting and retaining customers through targeted initiatives, impactful in-store activities, and exceptional customer relationship management while leading a high-performing team.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in retail management or assistant management, preferably in cosmetics.
  • Ability to deliver inspiring, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Experience in business planning, including setting sales and customer service objectives, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.
  • Background in retail operations, including inventory management and cash handling.
  • Proven success in leading a team to meet sales and customer service goals.
  • Experience in organizing and executing in-store events.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; candidates must provide proof of eligibility to work.
  • Anticipated salary range based on qualifications and experience.
