Join Domino's as a Store Manager, or as we like to refer to it, an Assistant Manager.

This is a full-time, salaried role where you will oversee all store operations. No prior management experience? No problem; we will guide you in developing your leadership skills. Never made pizzas before? We will teach you how to create delicious pizzas.

This position requires availability for 5+ days a week, including most weekends.

You will be responsible for every aspect of your shift, including team management, operational efficiency, sales, and profitability. This encompasses ensuring the safety, training, and culture of your team. You will lead by example, as your team will emulate your actions. Adherence to all policies and procedures is mandatory, and you should expect the same from your team.


Qualifications:

  • Positive and energetic attitude
  • Minimum of 2 years in multi-management roles
  • Previous experience in a similar environment or with multi-store management
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Clean driving record
  • Proficient in Outlook and email communication
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Successful background check
  • Eligibility to work in the USA
  • Must reside near the store location
